1 Things that make us unique
1.1 Why don't you carry (insert brand name) food?

We carry food that is made in small batches in a Recall Free Facility.  There have been many recalls in the Industry that we were not affected by and we want to keep it that way.  If a food is not recalled and we don't carry it, it may be because we don't feel the need to compete with other stores, especially big box stores.  We want to offer products from small businesses that are driven by quality and loyalty to the consumer.

1.2 How "Fresh" is your food?

Our plant has an onsite lab that tests all raw materials, and tests all foods made onsite before they are shipped to us.  Once the food is made, it is tested and shipped within 3 days.  We feel confident you are feeding the freshest kibble in Atlanta without making it yourself.  We also get shipments every 6-8 weeks so our food is rotated on a frequent.

1.3 Grooming appointments are hard to get- why?

Natalie Roberts has been with us soon after we opened.... She does an incredible job and is one of the hardest workers we've known.  She grooms at another location outside the Perimeter and only has availability 2 days with us, Wednesdays and Sundays.  If you are able to get in, make sure to book your next appointment before you leave and you can get in the rotation.  We do have cancellations from time to time, so call in and get on an alternate lilst as a back up.

1.4 Where do you deliver?

We deliver inside 285 at this time only, on Tuesdays & Thursdays. However, we also have a distributor in Smyrna, Neoghbor's Feed & Seed, that carries our kibble.  If they don't have what you're looking for, they can request it form us and we will do our best to get what you need up there.
